Orders are posted out 2-3 days after ordering.

We post out using a courier delivery service or Royal Mail.

We only post to the UK from our website. Unfortunately we are now unable to quote & post to Europe & Northern Ireland.
For the rest of the world, if you would like a quote for postage, please email us with your enquiry and we’d be happy to get back to you with a quote for p&p.

made to order

our handmade to order furniture pieces and large sculptural mirrors do not include delivery costs - please contact us via email/phone for a delivery quote - the exceptions are our ocha side tables which can be added to cart when in stock and delivery costs are added at checkout

we have a 4 to 8 week lead time on our handmade to order furniture, unless a piece or pieces are in stock - see each description for details

when we have finished making your piece of furniture and it is ready to be shipped, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date

returns

we hope that you will be happy with your handmade purchase but if not you may return it to us within 7 days for a refund or exchange minus the postage costs

the item/s must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were received

please contact us via email or phone before you send your item/s back to us - the item/s will need to be sent back to us using a signed for delivery service and in the original packaging

all made to order and sale items cannot be returned

if your purchase has arrived damaged please contact us within 48 hours so that we can arrange a replacement
