Care and Maintenance Info For Our Wooden Trays, Plinths & Altars:

Our products are finished with an eco hard wax oil that leaves the wood protected and with a natural finish. For care, maintenance and longevity of your tray, we recommend these simple care instructions.

When using your tray, ensure that the underneath of all items placed on your tray are completely dry, especially iron teaware. We recommend wiping away spillages straight away with a dry or damp soft lint free cloth.

For dusting, simply use a soft lint free cloth, soft brush or shuro brush (no polish).
If needed, wipe clean with warm water and a soft lint free cloth.
A tiny amount of mild eco dish soap on a damp soft lint free cloth can be used to clean your tray if needed.
Always dry your tray thoroughly after use and after cleaning.

For future maintenance, if you feel that your tray needs re-oiling, you can re-oil your tray with a small amount of eco hard wax oil - please contact us for recommendations. 

Do not submerge your tray in water or put in a dishwasher.
Occasionally, or when not in use, lean your tray upright to allow air flow around your tray. 
Wood can naturally be subject to movement in different temperatures and environments.
We recommend that our products are not left in direct sunlight, too close to a heat source or in damp environments, as this may cause the product to cup or warp.
