Explore the ancient art of Lost Wax Casting at our beautiful showroom flower bird wind moon with Rebecca Taylor of Original Artefacts.

Friday 18th July 6.30pm - 9.30pm.

Join us for this intuitive jewellery workshop, using soft wax as a meditative practice to create beautiful forms infused with intention and self-expression. Using Tarot & Oracle cards, natural artefacts and the landscape for inspiration, you’ll be guided by Beck to design & create your own unique talisman.

Within the workshop, you will have the chance to explore your own creative process, to create your one-of-a-kind piece that will then be cast in Silver or Brass. Feel free to bring along anything that is inspiring to you, found objects from nature or any sentimental items for example. After the workshop, casting & finishing will take two weeks and then your beautiful piece will be ready to either collect from our showroom or be posted directly to you.

This workshop will be a small intimate group with limited spaces. Warm drinks & sweet treats will be served during the workshop.

Beck has worked as a jeweller, creative and art director for 20 years. Moving to Devon in 2020, she started her jewellery brand Original Artefacts. Using the natural and rugged environment of the North Devon coastline as inspiration, coupled with meditation practices and connecting to the landscape, Beck has developed a more meaningful practice with Lost Wax.
