Beautiful rectangular slab plate handmade by our studio neighbours Popalini & Jezando.

Unglazed, apart from the natural ash that accumulates in the Anagama kiln, leaving areas of metallic lustre. The slab plates are stacked with wadding which leaves beautiful scars and haloes on the surface.

Deep rich red tones with shiny darker areas and beautifully delicate cobweb like markings that sparkle in the light.

Perfect for serving wagashi or sushi etc.

Handwash with a soft cloth.
